At the end of the 30-day trial, your church can choose whether to continue with a paid Essential, Growth or Network subscription. Because no credit card is required for the trial, you will not be charged automatically. Our team will contact you before the trial ends to discuss the most suitable subscription for your church.
CHARIS ChurchConnect provides practical support to help your church use the platform effectively. Support includes guidance with church setup, branches, administrators, member import, attendance, events, reports and general system use. Growth and Network plans receive priority support.
Yes. CHARIS ChurchConnect offers both monthly and annual subscription options. Churches that choose annual billing can benefit from a discounted yearly rate, while monthly billing provides greater flexibility. You can select your preferred subscription term during registration.
Your church data remains protected and is not deleted immediately when a subscription ends. Our team will guide you through the account closure process and, where applicable, help you export important church records before the account is permanently closed.
Yes. CHARIS ChurchConnect supports importing existing member information from Excel or CSV files. During onboarding, our team can help your church prepare and import its records so you do not have to capture every member manually.
Yes. Each subscribing church receives its own secure workspace, and one church cannot access another church’s members, visitors, documents, events or reports. CHARIS ChurchConnect is being designed with role-based access, secure authentication, backups and data-protection controls to protect church information.
